Personalise and send outreach emails from my account, track opens and replies, and set calendar appointments and reminders so I never miss a beat. IMDbPro will be your main playground, though cross-checking information on platforms like LinkedIn or reputable industry databases is welcome when it strengthens the lead. Clear communication, meticulous organisation, and a courteous but persistent follow-up style are essential.
