Retaining Wall & Fence Engineering

I need structural engineering advice for replacing an existing 9-metre retaining wall with attached glass pool fence at my Sunshine Beach property. The new wall must be concrete and strong enough to carry the current frameless glass pool-fence panels, which I want to keep exactly as they are. Site notes • Existing 9m long and 800mm high wall is failing; demolition and disposal are already covered. • Finished ground level behind the wall stays unchanged. • I am open to either a smooth rendered block wall or a textured concrete-sleeper system—please detail the pros, cons and cost implications of each so I can decide before construction.
