I have well over twenty PDF forms that need to be transcribed into an Excel workbook. Every field is plain text—no numbers or formulas—so accuracy and consistency are the priorities. Some files share the same structure while others vary, so please keep column headers consistent where possible and add new sheets only when a layout truly differs. Feel free to use tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Able2Extract, or Tabula to speed up the process, but the final spreadsheet must still pass a spot-check for 100 % fidelity.
