CapCut Desktop Editor for Video Template Creation and Video production

I am looking for a skilled CapCut Desktop editor to help with an immediate project and additional weekly video workflow. First: Build a 16:9 master video template in CapCut Desktop based on a structured blueprint. I will provide the audio (narration) with time stamped transcript and footage/B roll. The template must be visually engaging but built for high-volume duplication (using easy-to-swap placeholders for text, stats, and footage). The video is a combination of high action footage, text and stats that need to be displayed with a narration throughout. Ongoing1: I would like an editor with guaranteed availability on Tuesday afternoons (PM) and/or Wednesdays (EST) to assist with the weekly production load. This will consist of multiple videos all utilizing the template created. The audio (narration) will have a transcript with timestamps indicating where a related clip can be found in the footage/B roll to make it easier/quicker but as the editor you will also have the freedom to find and use a better clip of your choosing. Ongoing2: There is also an additional cutting and stitching need, where we both cut the videos into shorts and stitch multiple together to make an additional longer video. You will not be required to do the entire production load but instead you can decide how much of it you can complete on schedule.

Requirements

- Must use CapCut Desktop. - Must be able to deliver the actual CapCut project files (.prfc / exported project folder), not just the rendered MP4. - Have the ability to recognize and match the narration/transcript to the relevant play/clip of the footage. - Fast turnaround and strong communication on Tuesdays/Wednesdays. - Reliably meet deadlines as the schedule flexibility is limited.
