San Diego Fire Reconstruction Permit Plans

I need a permit-ready building plan set for the reconstruction of a fire-damaged apartment unit in an existing multifamily residential building in the City of San Diego, California, ZIP Code 92120. The unit contains two bedrooms and one bathroom. Hazardous-material abatement and demolition have been completed, and the unit is currently open to the existing wall and ceiling framing. The original footprint and room layout will remain substantially unchanged. No structural alterations are presently proposed. The field-measured area is approximately 691 square feet within the interior outline and approximately 673 square feet excluding interior partitions. The ceiling height is approximately 8 feet 2 inches. I have a detailed field-measured floor plan, dimensions, current post-abatement photographs and pre-demolition fire-damage photographs. Separate no-plan electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits have already been obtained. A California-licensed architect or professional engineer; or 2. Working under the responsible control of a California-licensed architect or engineer who will review, sign and stamp the plans if required.
