Freelance SolidWorks CAD & Simulation Engineer Needed (1–15 Design Variations)

I am looking for an experienced SolidWorks CAD and Simulation (FEA) freelancer for a mechanical assembly project involving 1 to 15 design variations. Scope of Work: 1. SolidWorks CAD: Modify the existing Pre-assembly to create Mid and Post designs. Edit only the specified features. Do not generate parts using scripts. 2. Materials: Assign the correct material to every individual part file. 3. Assembly Inspection: Perform interference detection and resolve unintended overlaps. 4. STEP Export: Export STEP AP242 directly from SolidWorks. 5. FEA Simulation: Perform full assembly-level simulation using SolidWorks Simulation, including bolt connectors, bolt preload, tie rods, bonded and no-penetration contacts, and correct mounting fixtures. 6. Mesh Convergence: Use high-quality quadratic elements and perform 3–4 mesh refinement studies. The final result variation must be below 5%. 7. Documentation: Provide SolidWorks-generated simulation reports and genuine screenshots showing the study tree, result legend and probe values. Required Deliverables: - Native SolidWorks files (.SLDPRT and .SLDASM). - STEP AP242 files. - Simulation result files (.CWR) for every design state. - Result data exported as fields.csv. - Mesh connectivity file or VTU. - Mesh convergence tables. - Screenshots for every design state and mesh level. - SolidWorks-generated simulation reports. Important Conditions: - All CAD and simulation work must be performed directly in SolidWorks. - No Python-generated geometry, external simulation plots, Gmsh or Open CASCADE exports. - Loads, fixtures, contacts and mesh settings must remain consistent across design states. - Genuine and verifiable SolidWorks Simulation results are mandatory. Freelancer Requirements: Please apply only if you have practical experience in SolidWorks assembly modelling and SolidWorks Simulation/FEA. In your proposal, include: - Previous relevant project samples. - Your SolidWorks Simulation experience. - Estimated delivery time. - Price for 1 design and for 1–15 designs.
