Classic Real Estate Brochure Design

I am launching a new residential project and need a brochure that instantly transports prospects into the world we are creating. The single objective is to showcase the properties in a way that feels timeless—think elegant typography, balanced white space, and a layout reminiscent of the classic real-estate catalogues you still find on coffee tables years later. Here is what I have in mind: • 8–12 printed pages (A4 or folded to A5), plus a matching digital PDF. • Full-bleed imagery for hero spreads, floor-plan inserts, amenity highlights, a clean location map, and clear contact panels. • A classic and traditional art direction: refined serif fonts, muted colour palette, subtle embellishments rather than flashy graphics. • Press-ready files (PDF/X-1a) and the open source files (InDesign or Illustrator) so my print house can make micro-adjustments if needed. • Two rounds of creative revisions after the first draft. When you apply, please add a link to past brochure or property-marketing work so I can gauge fit quickly. I have high-resolution photography, floor plans, and the copy ready; you’ll receive everything in a shared drive on award.
