My WordPress site needs a three-fold tune-up: fresh pages, smarter pop-ups, and an SEO deep clean geared toward driving more calls, messages, and quote requests. Pages • Refresh several existing service pages so they answer common questions, build trust, and clearly funnel visitors to phone, WhatsApp, or the quote form. • Add a handful of new pages where gaps exist, keeping the same brand voice and design language so the whole site feels seamless. Pop-ups • Audit the current pop-ups, scrap what isn’t converting, and create persuasive new offers (exit-intent, time-delay, mobile friendly) that collect leads without being intrusive. • Style them to match the site, connect them to my email/CRM tool, and A/B test copy and timing for best performance. SEO • Run a full technical and on-page audit, fix critical issues (meta titles, broken links, schema, image optimisation), and tighten the site structure. • Deliver a batch of fresh keyword-focused meta tags and headlines, plus an internal-linking plan that helps key pages rank higher. Visitor intelligence without forms The final piece is tracking visitor details—ideally company name, location, and publicly available contact data—even when they never fill out a form. I’m open to whichever solution you recommend (e.g., reverse IP lookup, intent-data tools, or privacy-compliant plugins) as long as it integrates neatly with WordPress and funnels insights into Google Analytics and my CRM. Acceptance criteria 1. New/updated pages published and passing Core Web Vitals. 2. Pop-ups live, connected to email/CRM, and showing initial conversion metrics. 3. SEO audit fixes implemented with before/after report. 4. Visitor-tracking tool installed, tested, and feeding identifiable data into a dashboard I can access.
