I’m commissioning a complete architectural concept for a modern residential building. Here’s what I’d like to receive: • Scaled floor plans and elevations that reflect efficient spatial flow. • Exterior and interior 3D renders to communicate the look, materials, and lighting. • A brief specification sheet outlining primary materials and finishes to keep everything cohesive. • Source files AutoCAD so my local contractor can make any regulatory tweaks.
