YouTube Channel Creation & Monetization Expert Needed

I want an experienced YouTube channel manager to create, grow and monetize a brand-new YouTube channel from scratch, with the main focus on clipping and short-form content. The freelancer will handle niche selection, channel setup and branding, sourcing suitable content, identifying high-potential moments to clip, editing, captions, hooks, thumbnails, titles, SEO, uploading and consistent content distribution. The goal is to build the channel organically until it qualifies for and is approved for YouTube monetization (YPP), after which full ownership and control of the channel will be transferred to us. Since the channel will focus on clipping, all content must be created and edited in a way that complies with YouTube copyright, reused-content and monetization policies. We do not want simple reposting. Clips should contain sufficient original editing, commentary, transformation or added value where required. No bots, purchased subscribers, fake views, artificial watch time, copyright abuse or other black-hat methods. We are looking for someone who has previously grown and monetized clipping/Shorts channels. Please provide proof of channels you have worked on, their results, your proposed niche, content strategy, expected posting frequency and estimated timeline to monetization. This can become a long-term partnership if the first channel is successful.
