Plain Text Retype Needed

I have a collection of pages that need to be turned into clean, error-free plain-text files. The source pages are already written—I simply need each word retyped exactly as it appears, with no added styling, headers, lists, or other formatting. Proofread carefully before handing them over; typographical accuracy is my top priority. Please let me know how quickly you can complete the job and roughly how many pages you can process per day.
