3D Model Improvement and Optimization – MAN TGX Truck Door Handle (STL File Available) Project Description I am looking for an experienced 3D designer or CAD engineer to improve and optimize an existing STL file of an interior door handle for a MAN TGX truck. I already have the STL file, but I want to improve the design to make the part stronger, more durable, and suitable for functional 3D printing. Project Requirements: * Analyze the existing STL file and identify potential design weaknesses. * Improve the geometry and reinforce weak areas, especially around mounting points and stress-bearing sections. * Optimize the model for functional 3D printing. * Ensure correct dimensions and fitment with the original MAN TGX door, using the original part or measurements as a reference if needed. * Recommend suitable materials for strength and durability, such as PETG, ASA, or engineering-grade nylon. * Provide the final optimized STL file and, if possible, an editable CAD file (STEP or similar). * Ideally, suggest the best print orientation and settings for maximum mechanical strength. Important: This is a functional truck interior part, not just a visual model. Strength, durability, and proper fitment are the main priorities. I can provide the existing STL file for evaluation. Please include examples of similar CAD design, mechanical parts, or 3D-printing optimization projects in your proposal.
