Within the same interface I want to: • Post openings, vet applicants and hire them. • Run payroll automatically once workers are approved, with clear wage calculations and payment history. • Capture daily attendance through GPS-based check-ins so I always know who was on-site and for how long. • Accumulate each employee’s days on the job to build an experience profile, then turn that data into easy-to-read statistics and charts for project managers, clients and auditors. A clean, mobile-first UI is important because most supervisors will use phones on site. The back-end should be robust enough to support future add-ons (for example safety compliance forms) but the first milestone is the core feature set above. Acceptance criteria 1. Working Android/iOS builds plus a small web admin dashboard. 2. Secure GPS attendance module with tamper detection. 3. Payroll engine that exports to Excel and PDFs. 4.
