Achieve Target ROAS: Testing, Optimization, Retargeting

ADVERTISING BUDGET: My initial monthly advertising budget is: ₹40,000/month This ₹40,000 is ONLY for advertising spend and will be paid directly to Meta/Google or the relevant advertising platform. Freelancer management fees should be quoted separately. TARGET: My target is: ₹2,50,000/month genuine prepaid revenue + ₹1,00,000/month genuine COD revenue = ₹3,50,000/month total revenue With a ₹40,000 advertising budget, this represents a target ROAS of approximately 8.75×. I understand that 8.75× ROAS may not be achievable immediately, especially for a new brand. I am looking for a freelancer who can progressively work toward this target through: TESTING → OPTIMIZATION → RETARGETING → SCALING The freelancer must provide a realistic plan showing: • Expected CPA • Expected AOV • Required number of orders • Target ROAS • Meta vs Google budget allocation • Prepaid vs COD acquisition strategy • First 30-day testing strategy • Scaling strategy IMPORTANT: Do not guarantee ₹3.5 lakh revenue. I want genuine customers and genuine completed purchases. Do NOT count: • Fake orders • Test orders • Cancelled orders • RTO orders • Unpaid orders • Fake/low-quality leads as successful revenue. REPORTING: Every week report: • ₹40,000 advertising budget spent • Actual revenue generated • Prepaid revenue • COD revenue • Number of prepaid orders • Number of COD orders • Delivered COD orders • RTO • CPA • ROAS • AOV • Conversion rate • Best products • Best creatives • Best campaigns • Scaling recommendations SCALING: If the ₹40,000 budget produces sustainable results, I am prepared to increase advertising spend: ₹40K → ₹60K → ₹1L → ₹2L+/month The budget will only be increased when actual performance supports scaling. FREELANCER FEE: Please quote your monthly management fee separately from the ₹40,000 advertising budget. I am open to a fixed monthly management fee or a reasonable performance-based structure, provided it is transparent.
