The job centres on advanced calculations—think nested formulas, dynamic ranges, and error-proof logic—and then presenting the results through well-structured pivot tables and meaningful charts. The source files are already available; what they need is a thorough pass of calculation setup, a suite of pivot reports that slice the data by period and account category, and companion visuals that make trends obvious at a glance. Excel is the only platform required, so every solution should stay within its native tool-set (formulas, PivotTable/PivotChart, possible use of named ranges or simple Power Query if it simplifies the workflow). Deliverables • A single, organised workbook containing: – Cleaned data sheet ready for refresh – All advanced formulas fully tested and documented in-cell – Pivot tables configured for quick filtering by month, account, and cost centre – At least two pivot charts that mirror the key tables • Brief usage notes so any colleague can refresh or modify the model without breaking links. The file must calculate accurately, refresh without errors, and present totals that reconcile with the raw figures.
