Exotic Resort 3D Visualization

I already hold complete 2-D CAD plans for an exotic, high-end resort and need them transformed into a fully textured, lit 3-D model of the entire property. Villas, common areas, landscape elements and every shoreline detail must read flawlessly, as the imagery will guide our project planning and development teams. I expect photoreal quality: accurate materials, rich vegetation, realistic water and both day- and night-time lighting scenarios. Speed matters—please let me know how quickly you can turn the model and final renders around. Deliverables • Native 3-D file in your preferred tool (3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit or similar) with textures and lighting intact • A set of high-resolution stills (minimum 4K) covering aerial, street-level and key interior viewpoints • Any supporting texture or asset libraries so the model remains editable on my side Acceptance criteria: geometry must align to the CAD drawings, materials must tile cleanly at close inspection, lighting should render without noise, and the files must open error-free. If you have a strong portfolio of comparable, luxury-grade visualizations and can start immediately, I’m ready to move forward.
