Swiss German Telesales Agent Needed

**Job description** We are a Switzerland-based consulting and appointment-setting agency looking for a reliable remote telesales agent for ongoing B2B and B2C campaigns. Your main task will be to contact potential customers by phone, qualify their interest and arrange appointments for our clients. Current campaigns include test-drive appointments for car dealerships and outreach for building-services companies. **Responsibilities** * Make outbound calls to potential customers * Speak naturally and confidently in Swiss German * Qualify leads based on predefined criteria * Arrange appointments for our clients * Document calls and appointments in the provided CRM * Work with our VoIP telephone system **Indicative daily targets** * Approximately 100 call attempts * Approximately 40 reached contacts * 3–4 qualified appointments The actual results may vary depending on the campaign and target group. **Requirements** * Native-level spoken Swiss German * Previous experience in telesales, cold calling or appointment setting * Confident and friendly telephone manner * Reliable availability between 12:00 and 19:00 Swiss time * Stable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment * Willingness to work with clear targets and document results accurately The position is fully remote and applicants may be based anywhere, provided they can work during Swiss business hours. **Compensation** CHF 10–20 per hour, depending on experience and proven results.
