I need a fresh, independent set of eyes on my newly launched e-commerce web app. Your mission is to explore every customer journey, stress the code, and tell me exactly where it breaks, slows down, or puts sensitive data at risk. Scope • Functional coverage: log-in, product search, cart, coupon logic, checkout, order confirmation, account pages—everything that matters to a buyer. • Performance coverage: gather real numbers on page load, API response times, and throughput under peak traffic. • Security coverage: verify that payment and personal data stay safe, probing for OWASP Top-10 issues and any weakness unique to our custom checkout. Environment Please test on both desktop browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and mobile browsers on current iOS and Android devices. Feel free to automate with Selenium, Playwright, or similar, and load-test with JMeter, k6, or your preferred stack. Deliverables - Bug tracker spreadsheet or ticket set with severity, steps to reproduce, and screenshots/video - Performance report detailing baseline metrics and bottlenecks, plus raw test scripts - Security findings with clear evidence, risk rating, and remediation suggestions - Concise executive summary highlighting the highest-impact issues first I’ll grant staging and production access as soon as we agree on timelines.
