Modern 2-3 Bedroom Single-Family Home Plan

I'm seeking an experienced architect to design a modern single-family home with 2-3 bedrooms. Key Requirements: - Modern architectural style - 2-3 bedrooms - Functional and aesthetic design Ideal Skills: - Proficiency in modern home design - Strong background in residential architecture - Experience with 2-3 bedroom layouts Please include design concepts and 3D renderings in your submissions. We would like 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and storage and a family room in the basement. Main floor, garage (on the back side), master bedroom, ensuite, walk in, laundry room, powder room, kitchen, dining, family room (those can all be open concept for those 3), walk in pantry. The front should be very plain. The back will be facing the water so ideally, open concept . a covered deck is a must. Thoughts?
