PDF Housing Plans to Revit

I have a set of detailed residential drawings only available as PDFs, and I need them completely recreated in Revit (RVT). Once the model is built, three categories of changes are required: first, re-working parts of the layout to suit a revised brief; second, updating all dimensions so the model reflects current site measurements; and third, introducing several new features that will be explained on a marked-up plan you will receive after kickoff. All work must comply with local building codes as well as our own internal drafting guidelines. I will supply the code excerpts and a short style manual so you can embed the correct line weights, families, and annotation styles from the start. Deliverables • A clean, fully parametric Revit file (.rvt) with sheets, views, and families organised per the company template • PDF set generated from the Revit sheets for quick review • A brief change log outlining how each requested alteration was addressed I will be available for quick clarifications, and turn-around on questions will be fast so you can keep momentum.
