Simple Fast Responsive Website Build

I’m ready to get a clean, lightweight website online and I want it built with a laser-focus on speed and mobile responsiveness. My own logo is finalized, but I still need a cohesive colour palette to wrap around it, so I’m looking for someone who can suggest and implement an attractive scheme that complements the brand. The site itself can be a business, e-commerce, or portfolio layout—I’m open to whichever structure you feel best serves the content once we discuss goals. What matters most is that every page loads quickly, follows modern accessibility standards, and looks sharp on phones, tablets, and desktops alike. You’ll be responsible for: • Proposing two or three colour palettes that pair well with my existing logo • Building the full responsive front-end (HTML5, CSS3, ideally with a lightweight framework such as Tailwind or Bootstrap) • Implementing best-practice performance optimisation (image compression, minified assets, clean code) • Delivering a site that scores well on Google PageSpeed Insights and passes basic WCAG contrast checks Please share a couple of recent fast-loading sites you’ve built, along with a brief outline of the tech stack you’d like to use here.
