AI Receptionist & Quotation Automation

I run a Hercules-powered site that already holds all our prices, and I now want the front line of my business handled entirely by an AI receptionist. The assistant must pick up every customer interaction—both phone calls and WhatsApp messages—around the clock, speak in a natural, gender-neutral South African accent, and sound as warm and trustworthy as any human agent. Here is the flow I need you to build: • The caller or WhatsApp user asks about product features, specifications, or basic troubleshooting. The AI answers immediately, drawing information from a knowledge base we will populate together. • While speaking or chatting, it captures contact details and the items the customer is interested in. • It then connects to my Hercules website, pulls the relevant pricing, auto-generates a professionally formatted quotation, and sends it by email and WhatsApp within the same session. • If a call is missed, the system automatically returns it. If a chat is abandoned, it follows up. In both cases, it keeps nudging prospects until they accept, decline, or request changes, and logs the outcome. • I need a simple dashboard showing conversation transcripts, quote status, and conversion metrics so that minimal human oversight is required. Technology is flexible—Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, Dialogflow, GPT, or similar are all fine as long as the result is reliable, secure, and easy for me to maintain. Provide all source code, API keys documented, and a brief hand-over video so I can keep the wheels turning after you finish.
