TikTok & IG Reels Growth Specialist + Video Creator (German / DACH Market )

We run azzip.de (by tekbyte.de), an innovative, zero-commission online shop and ordering app for local restaurants and pizza delivery services in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH). Unlike major delivery platforms taking 15%-30% commissions, our solution gives restaurant owners 100% profit control for just €24/month. We are looking for a creative, performance-driven Social Media Video Creator & Growth Marketer to help us produce viral and high-converting TikTok videos and Instagram Reels targeting restaurant owners (B2B Gastronomy).

What You Will Do

1. Video Production & Hook Testing: - Produce engaging 9:16 vertical short-form videos (TikTok & Reels). - Use AI tools (ElevenLabs natural neural German voiceovers, Runway/Kling dynamic visuals, HeyGen/CapCut) and real restaurant screenshots/mockups. - Test different visual hooks (first 3 seconds) that stop the scroll of restaurant owners. 2. Organic Growth & Distribution (DACH Region): - Advise and execute on viral sound trends, hashtags, and distribution strategies for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. - Optimize video metadata, captions, and Call-to-Actions (CTAs) directing viewers to the link in bio. 3. Performance Tracking: - Monitor engagement, views, watch time, and click-through rates (CTR) to generate inbound restaurant leads.

Compensation

& Budget Structure: We believe in rewarding real performance: - Base Milestone: Paid per approved batch of ready-to-publish video variations (e.g., 3-5 videos/hooks). - Performance Bonus: Generous bonus for every qualified lead/demo inquiry generated via your campaigns. - Long-term Partnership: If the first batch performs well, this will become an ongoing monthly retainer.

Requirements

- Native or Fluent in German (C1/C2) — cultural understanding of the German gastronomy scene is mandatory. - Proven track record creating viral/high-performing TikToks or IG Reels (B2B or local business experience is a huge plus). - Proficient with modern AI creation tools (ElevenLabs, CapCut, Premiere, Runway, Midjourney, etc.). - Portfolio or live examples of past vertical video work must be provided.
