My civil case has reached the point where the trial-court record now constitutes the final judgment. Because the Supreme Court proceeding is moot, I must decide whether forcing additional discovery is still worthwhile. I therefore need a Motion to Compel focused on document production that: • Demonstrates that every party – including the defendants and the Supreme Court clerk – has been on notice of the complete record and its legal effect. • Explains why the record itself is dispositive yet still leaves room for the court to order the outstanding documents. • Cites the applicable procedural rules and controlling authority showing the court’s power to compel despite the case’s posture. What I will provide: the certified record, prior orders, and correspondence showing defendants’ acknowledgment. What I expect from you: a polished, court-ready Motion to Compel with a short supporting memorandum, formatted to my jurisdiction’s local rules, and delivered as an editable Word file. If, after reviewing the record, you conclude the motion would be futile, outline the reasoning so I can file a notice instead. Your guidance on whether to move forward or stand down is as important to me as the document itself.
