On-Premises Fire Alarm IoT Platform

Build an on-premises fire alarm monitoring platform on ThingsBoard Community Edition (open source only), with a separate IoT Gateway Receiver application. Platform (ThingsBoard CE, configuration and customization): - Web-based dashboards with live asset status (Online, Offline, Fault, Alarm) and live alarms across properties, blocks, floors and apartments - Floor plans with device markers, and fully offline maps - Six-state alarm workflow: Created, Claimed, Assigned, Verified, Dispatched, Completed, with mandatory comments, audit trail and alarm history - Alarm rules, Rule Chains, dashboard notifications and audible alarm - Role-based access, and separate branded access for each End-Client with data separation - Reports, logs and bulk import/export (CSV/Excel) - Where ThingsBoard CE does not support a requirement natively, you identify the gap and explain how you will customize IoT Gateway Receiver (separate application with its own database): - Receives data over BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP and OPC UA (with TLS and authentication), plus a BMS output - Documented two-way API between the Receiver and ThingsBoard CE - Write-back commands to writable points, with success/failure results and command logging - Configurable protocol, gateway and point mapping, so different fire alarm panel makes can be supported without new development - JSON event processing, event buffering and recovery, and gateway connection monitoring Also included: a device simulator, testing, UAT, training, documentation, full source code handover and 12 months of support. Rules: - Fully on-premises, with no public cloud or SaaS dependency - No ThingsBoard Professional Edition, paid licence or subscription - No other core platform replacing ThingsBoard CE Delivery: 20 to 25 days from award and milestone funding. Payment: one milestone payment, released after final handover is accepted in writing. In your bid, please include examples of ThingsBoard, IoT, BACnet, Modbus or OPC UA work, your timeline within 20-25 days, one fixed price within the budget, and what you would change if the full scope does not fit.
