Business Development Manager | BPO & KPO Services

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth for our BPO and KPO services. We are seeking a business development professional who understands the outsourcing industry, can identify the right opportunities, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into long term business partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for BPO and KPO services. Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and other channels. Identify potential clients across target industries and international markets. Connect with decision makers, understand their business needs, and present suitable outsourcing solutions. Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals. Build long term client relationships and achieve business development targets. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. What We Are Looking For: 3 to 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in BPO, KPO, outsourcing, or professional services. Proven ability to generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and acquire new clients. Strong understanding of BPO and KPO service models and client requirements. Experience in international business development, especially the USA and Canada, will be an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A self-driven professional with a strong focus on revenue growth and business results.
