Sobre el empleo

juan-carlos-tali.com is publishing false statements about me. My foremost goal is to have the entire site taken offline; identifying the individual or organisation behind it and, if necessary, pursuing search-engine de-indexing are secondary but still essential objectives. No administrative or hosting credentials are available, so the assignment begins with open-source intelligence. I am open to all legally sound avenues—formal legal notices, direct engagement with the hosting provider or registrar, and well-structured DMCA complaints—provided they maximise the chance of a full takedown. I will rely on you to: • Trace ownership, hosting, registrar and any third-party services used, documenting each finding. • Produce evidence that links the site to its creator, funder or promoter, including payment trails where discoverable. • Execute (or draft for my signature) the required notices to the host, registrar and search engines, and follow through until removal or confirmed refusal. • Pursue Google de-indexing only if takedown efforts exhaust reasonable options. Acceptance will be based on verifiable documentation of your investigative steps, copies of all correspondence sent, and—ideally—confirmation that the site is offline or delisted. In your proposal, outline the toolset and methodology you typically use for OSINT, domain/hosting attribution and content removal, and cite at least one comparable success.
