Motorsports Outreach Virtual Assistant Company: GRIND Energy Drinks Role: Lead Generation & Outreach Industry: Motorsports / Sponsorships Work: Remote GRIND Energy Drinks is looking for a Virtual Assistant to connect with racing teams, drivers, and motorsports organizations. Your job is not to close deals. Your goal is to start conversations, identify interested prospects, and hand qualified leads to our closing agents. What You’ll Do You’ll receive lists of racing teams and use Instagram, Google, team websites, and AI tools such as Claude to research and contact them. * Find official Instagram accounts, websites, emails, and contact information. * Identify the best person to contact. * Send approved Instagram DMs and emails. * Offer teams/drivers a free Sponsored Athlete Page on the GRIND Energy Drinks website. * Follow up with prospects. * Track outreach, responses, and contact information. * Pass interested prospects directly to a GRIND closing agent. The Goal Research → Contact → Generate Interest → Hand Lead to Closer Outreach: Primary channels will be Instagram DM + Email, with other approved channels potentially added later. Who We’re Looking For: You should be comfortable with social media, online research, email, AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, following outreach scripts, tracking leads, and communicating professionally in English. We value qualified conversations over message volume. Success means finding legitimate racing organizations, reaching the right contacts, following up professionally, and consistently generating leads for our closing team. There is room to grow with GRIND as we expand our motorsports sponsorship and athlete network. Bonus: 5% Commission on each lead that gets closed for our premium package deal closed on an athlete.
