# International Sales Agent – Spices & Agricultural Products **Job Type:** Remote / Freelance **Compensation:** ₹10,000 per successful order **Industry:** Spices & Agricultural Products **Work Arrangement:** Commission-Based ### About the Role We are looking for motivated **International Sales Agents / Export Sales Representatives** to help us expand our global customer base for premium Indian spices and agricultural products.

The role

is fully remote and performance-based. The primary responsibility is to identify genuine international buyers, importers, wholesalers, distributors, and food businesses and generate confirmed export orders. ### Key Responsibilities * Identify and approach potential international buyers for Indian spices. * Generate qualified leads from international markets through online and offline channels. * Communicate with importers, distributors, wholesalers, and trading companies. * Understand buyer requirements, product specifications, quantities, and destination markets. * Coordinate with our team to prepare quotations and commercial offers. * Follow up with prospective buyers and support negotiations until the order is confirmed. * Maintain professional communication with buyers throughout the sales process. * Develop long-term relationships with international customers and generate repeat business. ### Commission Structure **₹10,000 commission for every successful export order generated by the Sales Agent.** The commission will become payable **after the company receives 70% advance payment from the international buyer** against the confirmed order. There is **no fixed salary** for this position. Earnings are directly linked to successful sales, giving high-performing agents the opportunity to earn more by generating multiple orders. ### Who We Are Looking For * Experience in international sales, export, import, trading, or B2B sales is preferred. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to independently identify and approach international buyers. * Knowledge of international markets and buyer sourcing platforms is an advantage. * Existing contacts with importers, distributors, wholesalers, or food businesses will be highly valuable. * Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely. * Candidates who can generate genuine international buyer leads are especially encouraged to apply. ### Important This is a **remote, commission-based opportunity**.
