I’m building a fully-featured life-simulation game in the spirit of The Sims and I need one or more seasoned 3D game developers to bring the first mobile-ready slice to life. The debut milestone must run smoothly on modern phones and tablets, showcasing realistic 3D people, detailed interiors, and convincing environments. You’ll work with whichever engine you know best—Unity, Unreal Engine, or Three.js—so long as you can deliver fluid character animation, responsive touch controls, and a network-ready architecture that later accommodates real-time multiplayer and AI-driven NPCs. Performance profiling, LOD setups, and lightweight shaders are essential because the bar for frame-rate on handheld devices is high. I’m especially interested in developers who have: • Shipped or helped ship at least one 3D mobile game with complex character rigs and state machines • Implemented multiplayer or authoritative server logic (Photon, Mirror, PlayFab, etc.) • Optimised large scenes and animation systems for low battery drain and minimal memory footprint Deliverables for our first engagement: 1. A playable mobile build (Android APK + iOS TestFlight) featuring one explorable interior scene, a customisable avatar with basic locomotion and idles, and a simple network lobby to prove connectivity. 2. Source project with clear folder structure, commented scripts, and build instructions. 3. A short post-mortem outlining next steps for content expansion and system scaling. Please DM a link to your portfolio or Git repo, note the specific engine/toolchain you prefer, and tell me where you’re based so I can plan collaboration windows. Individuals and established teams in Nigeria or anywhere else are welcome, provided you can show proven 3D game credentials. Only apply if you’ve already tackled real-time 3D on mobile—this project needs expertise from day one.
