Commercial Leads: OMR Property Acquisition

We are looking for a reliable freelancer to identify land, commercial buildings and business-use properties available for sale, rent or lease in the Sholinganallur–Thiruporur corridor. The work will involve finding genuine property opportunities and collecting details such as location, land/building size, frontage, main-road access, expected rent/sale price, owner/contact details, photos and availability. We are looking for verified, actionable property leads rather than copied listings. This will initially be paid 3000 - 5000INR of around 30–50 qualified leads, with the possibility of ongoing work based on performance. Please mention your real-estate research/lead-generation experience, expected number of leads you can provide, and your proposed price in your application. Detailed requirements will be shared with shortlisted freelancers.
