Email Scraping & Excel Organization

I need a clean, well-structured Excel workbook filled with fresh contact data pulled from three different source types: public websites, online directories, and a couple of databases that require login credentials (access will be provided). The information to collect is limited to email addresses and phone numbers only; no physical addresses are required. For every record you scrape, enter the name (when available), email address, and phone number in separate columns so the file is immediately ready for filtering, pivoting, or import into a CRM. Accuracy matters more than volume, so please build in basic validation checks to avoid duplicates and obviously invalid emails or numbers. Python (requests, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy) or an equivalent automated approach is preferred to keep the process efficient, but manual capture is acceptable where automation is blocked. Whatever method you choose, it must stay within the terms of service of each site and comply with GDPR/CCPA or any other relevant data-protection rules. Deliverable • One Excel file (.xlsx) containing all scraped records with columns: Source URL, Name, Email, Phone. • A brief note (Markdown or TXT) outlining the tools/scripts used and any limitations encountered.
