I already have an architectural drawing but need the exterior footprint re-worked. The interior room layout can stay as is; what I really need is a fresh take on the overall shape and size of the building so it better fits a revised site envelope. Here’s how I imagine the collaboration: • I will supply the existing CAD (DWG) and a brief explaining the new maximum dimensions and any setback constraints. • You update the exterior walls, roof outline, and any related elevations to match the new limits while keeping structural logic intact. • When complete, I’ll need an editable CAD file plus a clean PDF sheet set that I can forward to our engineer. Accuracy to the provided dimensional notes is critical, and I’d like the first draft back quickly so we can iterate if needed.
