I’m building a working prototype of a pulsatile pump that mimics human cardiovascular dynamics using water as the test fluid. The unit must let me dial in and repeatedly hit three independent targets: flow rate, pressure, and pulse frequency. These settings should stay stable over long bench-top runs so I can collect clean data for downstream analysis. Here’s what I need from you: • A complete pump assembly (mechanical and control) capable of water operation without cavitation or leakage. • An intuitive interface—hardware knobs, touchscreen, or software panel—that lets me set and monitor flow (L/min), systolic/diastolic pressure (mm Hg equivalent), and beats-per-minute. • Sensors and feedback control so the unit self-adjusts to hold the programmed values within ±5 %. • Build files: 3-D models, schematics, firmware, and a wiring diagram, plus a concise test report that confirms the accuracy of each controlled parameter. If you have prior experience with cardiovascular simulators, diaphragm or piston pumps, and PID control (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or comparable platforms), let’s talk. Include a brief outline of your approach and any relevant links or photos of similar prototypes you’ve delivered.
