Trust & Fee Dispute Audit

I am preparing for a dispute over the way a trust has been handled and need an independent, defensible audit of the trust accounts, attorney invoices, and trustee fees. The goal is to resolve the matter, so the work must withstand close legal scrutiny. Dispute resolution hinges on three problem areas: discrepancies in the financial records, potentially unreasonable legal fees, and possible breaches of fiduciary duty. I will supply account statements, invoices, correspondence, and any other supporting documents you request. Using those materials, I’m looking for you to: trace every dollar in and out of the trust, verify calculations, test the fees against governing documents and industry norms, and note any fiduciary lapses. The final deliverable is a clear, well-organized report—complete with schedules, source references, and a concise executive summary—that I can present to opposing counsel, a mediator, or a court. The problem I'm having is we wee never given initial accounting, trust ledgers, itemized attorney and trustee billing, i've found over 20000 going to unknown account. My subpoenas to fidelity and truist have been blocked 5 times, my sisters attorney failed to file required notice of intent to use trust fund fees prior to expending 53000. and i believe my sister diverted 1000000 into a personal ira meant to be divided among 3 of us. His tax return in 2022 shows approx 58000 rmd 6340 i dont have his 23 return. I supplied fidelity with enough documentation that they froze accounts of their own accord. My sister hasn't spoken to me since day of burial 3-14-24 and ceased all communication with my brother within a month thereafter, forcing everything through lawyer. She has bankrupted me. I sold everything of value i had, my vehicle was repossessed when she ceased payments with no notice, i lost my income, I'm in dual organ failure, heart and kidneys and am undergoing a cervical fusion within the next 6 weeks. i will be homeless 12/31.
