Monthly Garden Cleanup & Maintenance

Our front (road facing) and side areas needs reliable, general garden cleanup and maintenance carried out once every 3 to 4 weeks. Typical visits involve cleaning leaves & debris from a large tree at the front, weeding and tidying the beds, light pruning, and making sure all hard-surface areas are swept clean before you leave. Please bring your own basic hand tools and a green-waste removal solution [we have 2 large green Council bins that can also be used]; I’ll supply access to water and power if you need them. At the end of each visit I’d like a quick photo summary so I can see what was done and what might need attention next time. Consistent timing each month is important to me, but the exact day is flexible as long as we agree on it in advance. Happy with an hourly rate or fixed visit fee - what evber works best for both of us. If this sounds like a routine you can commit to, I’m ready to get the first session on the calendar immediately.
