Event Videography and Highlight

I’m a speaker at the Brift Bar Show in Bucharest on 7 October and I’m looking for a skilled videographer/photographer to capture both my talk and an evening cocktail event. 1. Talk – 1 Hour * Full videography of the 1-hour talk. * Two-camera setup: * 1 fixed/static camera focused on the speaker and presentation. * 1 moving camera capturing the speaker, audience, reactions and crowd atmosphere. * Full raw footage from both cameras to be provided after the event. * 5–10 professionally edited photos from the talk for social media, content and profile use. 2. Cocktail Event – 1 Hour The second part is an evening cocktail event where I’ll be making cocktails, demonstrating techniques and interacting directly with the audience. * Full videography of the 1-hour event. * Capture cocktail preparation, interactions, guest reactions, smiles and candid moments. * Focus on creating energetic, lively footage that communicates the atmosphere and personality of the event. * Combination of static and moving shots where appropriate. * Creation of a fully edited 1-minute highlight video, ready for social media and promotional use. * 5–10 professionally edited photos from the event for content and profile use. Delivery * Full raw footage from the talk. * 1 fully edited 1-minute highlight video from the cocktail event. * 10–20 edited photographs in total (5–10 from each event). * Delivery within 1–2 weeks after the event. Ideal Skills & Experience * Proven experience in event, hospitality, bar or lifestyle videography. * Ability to capture candid interactions and energetic atmospheres. * Experience working with multi-camera setups. * Strong editing skills and an understanding of social-media-ready video content. * Ability to work discreetly while still capturing engaging crowd and guest moments. I’m looking for someone who can capture not only the technical side of the events, but also the energy, personality and atmosphere — producing content that feels natural, dynamic and professional.
