I’m updating a compact row house and want a cohesive, modern look brought to life through detailed interior design plans and photorealistic 3D renders. The scope covers the living room, all bedrooms, and the kitchen. I gravitate toward clean lines, contemporary finishes, and a neutral palette—think warm whites, soft greys, and natural textures that keep the spaces light yet inviting. Here’s what I need from you: • Concept boards that capture the overall mood and material selections for each room • Scaled layout drawings showing furniture placement and circulation • High-quality, V-Ray or equivalent renders (day and evening lighting) of the living room, bedrooms, and kitchen, wide shots and at least one close-up per space • Source files from your preferred software—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar—so I can make future edits if needed • A concise specification sheet listing finishes, fixtures, and key furniture pieces referenced in the visuals I’ll share existing floor plans and dimensions as soon as we start. Accuracy to the given measurements and a look that feels consistent from room to room will be my acceptance criteria.
