Text PDF to Word Conversion

I have a set of text-based PDF files that need to be reproduced faithfully in Microsoft Word. Because the PDFs already contain selectable text, there is no OCR work involved—just careful transfer and tidy formatting. Every paragraph must appear exactly as in the source, with the same line order and wording. Wherever the original shows a table, rebuild it using Word’s table tool so the structure remains editable; do not flatten tables into images. I’m not concerned with matching fonts or page breaks perfectly—clarity and accuracy come first. Deliverables • A separate .docx file for each original PDF, with all text and any tables intact and error-free. • A quick spot-check summary (1–2 lines) confirming you’ve proofread each file against its source. If you are meticulous with text handling in Word, this should be a straightforward project.
