Resort PDF to DWG Plan

I need the attached resort PDF redrawn into an editable AutoCAD DWG that focuses on the overall site plan of our existing caravan park. The finished file must clearly show: roads, individual camping-site boundaries with their numbers, all fixed buildings and amenities blocks, utilities runs, and the main landscape features that help guests find their way around the property. For the buildings I only require clean exterior outlines, each labelled with its name (e.g., “Amenities”, “Reception”), no internal walls or doors. Furniture and fine interior details are not needed; accuracy of the site layout is the priority. Please maintain correct real-world scale so future design work can reference the file directly, use distinct, logically named layers (roads, sites, buildings, utilities, landscape), and keep the drawing tidy and purge unused elements before delivery. A single DWG in AutoCAD 2018 or later format is the expected deliverable.
