Senior Product Designer for B2B SaaS UX/UI Improvement

We are looking for a senior freelance Product Designer to make Kabdata’s powerful mobile-marketing platform significantly easier and more intuitive for new and non-technical users. The project will begin with a hands-on review of the existing product, followed by an evaluation of the workflows that are most important to our customers: Onboarding and initial setup Tracking-link management Publisher management Performance-data analysis We believe the current navigation and some workflows may feel overly complex to new users. The goal is to reduce friction, simplify decision-making and make the path from sign-in to meaningful action clear. You will map the current information architecture, identify usability problems and redesign the relevant user flows. We expect low-fidelity wireframes first, followed by polished, developer-ready Figma designs after approval. Kabdata includes data-heavy dashboards, granular permissions, third-party integrations and automation workflows. Previous experience designing complex B2B SaaS platforms is therefore essential. Expected deliverables: Heuristic UX audit with prioritized findings Revised information architecture User-flow diagrams for the selected workflows Low-fidelity wireframes High-fidelity Figma designs Reusable components and relevant design-system updates Developer handoff notes and interaction specifications Usability testing or validation of the proposed flows We will work in short phases, beginning with the audit, onboarding and one core workflow. Additional workflows may follow based on the results of the first phase. You will work directly with the founder and developer through Loom walkthroughs, Figma comments and regular review sessions.
