Find New Clients for GHL & AI Automation Agency

Sales / Business Development Partner — GoHighLevel CRM & AI Automation Agency (100% Commission) We are looking for a motivated Sales / Business Development professional who can bring new clients to our growing GoHighLevel CRM and AI automation agency. This is a 100% commission-based role — there is no fixed salary. You earn directly based on the clients and business you bring in, making this a great opportunity for someone confident in sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.

Our services include: GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM setup & customization — pipelines, calendars, lead management Marketing automation — SMS, email, and multi-channel campaigns AI lead qualification workflows and AI voice agents (VAPI/Retell integrations) n8n workflow automation and custom API/CRM integrations Website, funnel, and landing page development WhatsApp and business process automation Custom payment/subscription setups (Stripe, PayPal) We work with agencies, real estate businesses, local businesses, coaches, and SaaS companies looking to automate and scale their operations.

What You Will Do

Your primary responsibility will be to find potential clients, approach them, understand their requirements, and bring qualified business to us. You can use your own network, cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, social media, referrals, local businesses, Facebook/LinkedIn groups, or any other legitimate sales/marketing method. You may sell: GoHighLevel CRM setup and automation services, or Broader digital/automation services (websites, funnels, AI voice agents, marketing automation), or Both, depending on the client's requirements. Once you bring a client, our technical team handles the discovery call, demo, quotation, project delivery, and onboarding — you don't need to understand the technical details to sell. Commission-Based Opportunity This is a complete commission-based position. There is no fixed monthly salary. Your earning potential depends on how much business you generate. We are looking for someone comfortable working independently and motivated by performance-based earnings. Commission structure can be discussed with the selected candidate based on the type and value of the business generated.
