Debt Settlement Call Specialist

I’m looking for someone who already knows the rhythm of debt-settlement work and can take over all incoming calls from bank or NBFC recovery agents for each client I assign. You will be the first voice they hear, explaining the borrower’s financial hardship, presenting our settlement position, negotiating firmly yet professionally, and keeping the pressure low while we move the file toward a written settlement or full closure. Core skills I need you to bring to the table are proven experience in debt-settlement negotiations, strong negotiation instincts, and excellent communication. If you have handled Indian recovery teams before, even better. Here is how the engagement will run: • For every active client you manage, I pay ₹2,000 per month. • You continue on that file until we secure a signed settlement agreement or receive an official closure letter. • All conversations must be logged the same day in our shared Google Sheet so I can see who you spoke with, what was offered, and the agreed next step. • I expect a brief daily update (no need for essays—key points and any roadblocks are enough). Escalated or repeated harassment calls should be flagged to me immediately so we can realign strategy with our settlement team. The single outcome that matters to me is a successful settlement of the debt. If that goal excites you and you’re comfortable handling multiple lenders’ collection units, let’s get started.
