End to End Delivery App

I need a full-featured shopping and delivery application that lets customers discover items available in their area, place orders, pay inside the app, and then follow every mile of the driver’s journey until the package is at their door. Key customer functions must include: • Browse products and place orders • Track deliveries in real time • Pay securely in the app • Pincode-specific product browsing so the catalogue automatically adapts to the user’s location Three distinct roles will use the system: the end user (customer, business client, or contractor), delivery drivers who update status from pickup to drop-off, and a back-office admin who manages everything—from product listings and promotions to user permissions and analytics. What I expect as deliverables: • Native or cross-platform mobile app for customers • A lightweight driver app or driver mode with live status updates and route info • Web-based admin panel with full control over catalogue, orders, payments, and driver assignments • Secure, well-documented API and database schema • Basic test cases plus a hand-over session so I can run builds myself The tech stack is flexible; propose what will give smooth real-time tracking, reliable payments, and fast pincode look-ups at scale. Clean code, clear version control history, and milestone-based delivery are essential so I can review progress continuously.
