Residential AutoCAD Building Design

I’m reshaping a residential property from the ground up and need your AutoCAD skills to turn my ideas into precise construction drawings. The building must follow a traditional architectural style while efficiently organizing every main living space: living room, bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and utility room. What I’m after is a full set of plans that a contractor can follow without second-guessing. Working in AutoCAD (DWG), please develop scaled floor plans, elevations, and basic sections that reflect structural logic and compliance with standard building codes. Deliverables • Editable DWG files for all plans, elevations, and sections • PDF sheet set ready for printing at 1:100 (or similar) • Simple 3D massing or isometric views to communicate volume and roof lines (optional but appreciated) I’ll provide site dimensions and any additional data you require as soon as we begin. Accuracy is paramount, so please ensure dimensions close properly and layers are named sensibly. Once I review, a single round of revisions should finalize the package.
