Stenography Site Revamp & Build

My current stenography platform needs a two-pronged approach. First, the live site must be audited, cleaned up and improved—code, UX and performance all included. In parallel, I want to prototype a brand-new version inspired by several reference sites I will share once we begin. Because both tracks run side-by-side, you’ll start by mapping the existing codebase, isolating anything reusable, then proposing a modern full-stack architecture for the fresh build. I’m open to the stack you recommend as long as it keeps the interface fast, mobile-responsive and easy for me to extend later. Key deliverables • Detailed technical audit of the current site with a fix/upgrade plan • Implementation of the approved fixes and enhancements on the live site (deployed without downtime) • High-fidelity prototype of the new site based on my reference examples • Final production build once the prototype is signed off, migrated to my server and fully tested Acceptance criteria 1. Page load under two seconds on 4G for both versions 2. No regression errors in existing stenography functionality 3. Pixel-perfect match to agreed designs across modern browsers 4. Clear documentation covering setup, deployment and future feature hooks I’ll supply the reference links, current repo access and any design assets as soon as we kick off.
