Airbnb-Style Booking Website

I need a clean, responsive site that lets guests reserve stays at my properties in just a few clicks. The heart of the build is a real-time booking calendar that shows current availability, blocks dates instantly once a reservation is confirmed, and feeds those changes back to the admin area without delay. Guests should be able to: • Pick their check-in and check-out dates directly on the calendar • See an instant cost summary before paying • Receive an automatic confirmation email once the booking is complete On the back end I want a simple dashboard where I can: • Add or edit property details and photos • Adjust nightly rates or minimum-stay rules by date range • Manually block or open dates if needed I’m flexible on the tech stack—WordPress with a solid booking plugin, a Laravel/React build, or another robust solution are all fine as long as the calendar logic is reliable and the interface stays fast on mobile. Clean code, clear documentation, and deployment support up to a live domain round out the deliverable.
