Senior Wellness Trainer Needed

SILVER FIT CARE Hiring: Senior Wellness Trainer – Home Visit Silver Fit Care is hiring Fitness Trainers, Yoga Instructors & Physiotherapists to provide personalised wellness sessions for adults aged 50+ at their homes in Lucknow. We are looking for caring, responsible and professionally qualified individuals who can help seniors improve their strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and overall physical wellbeing. Position Senior Wellness Trainer – Home Visit Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Part-time / Freelance Client Age Group: 50+ Seniors Who Can Apply? We welcome candidates from any of these backgrounds: * Certified & Pursuing Fitness / Personal Trainers * Certified & Pursuing Yoga Instructors * Qualified & Pursuing Physiotherapists Key Responsibilities * Conduct personalised one-on-one sessions at clients’ homes. * Assess the client’s basic fitness, mobility and movement needs. * Plan safe and age-appropriate exercises. * Conduct strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and functional training. * Include suitable yoga, stretching, breathing or mobility practices where appropriate. * For physiotherapists: provide professional physiotherapy interventions within your qualification and scope of practice. * Monitor exercise technique and client comfort throughout the session. * Maintain punctuality, professionalism and respectful communication. * Coordinate with the client’s family when required. * Maintain basic session and progress records. * Follow Silver Fit Care’s client-safety guidelines.

Requirements

* Relevant qualification/certification in Fitness, Personal Training, Yoga or Physiotherapy. * Experience is preferred but capable freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply. * Experience working with 50+ / senior clients will be an advantage. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Patient, empathetic and responsible attitude. * Comfortable travelling to clients’ homes across Lucknow. * Strong understanding of safety while working with older adults. * Professional appearance and behaviour. Compensation
