Beckhoff PLC Oven Control Code

I need code development for a Beckhoff PLC to control an oven. The primary functionality required is temperature monitoring and recording. Key requirements: - Develop PLC program for oven temperature monitoring through visualizing the reading for 44 thermocouples on the HMI and recording the data every (15 seconds) - data recorded should include date-time of the patch start (patch start will be recognized through one digital input) - alarm to be raised through HMI if memory going to be full Ideal skills and experience: - Proficiency in Beckhoff PLC programming - Knowledge of temperature sensors and data logging Looking for a freelancer who can deliver accurate and reliable control code.
