English Grammar Audio Course Creator for Native Indian Bengali Speaker(Female Voice)

I need an experienced female English educator to create a minimum 4-hour English Grammar audio course for native Bengali-speaking school students. The course should be a natural Bengali + English mixture, explaining English grammar in simple Bengali with plenty of English examples, practical sentences and exercises. The teaching should be friendly, engaging and suitable for school students. Female voice is mandatory. Audio must be professionally recorded, clear and free from background noise. Deliver MP3 and, preferably, WAV/master files. All scripts, explanations, examples and recordings must be original. Everything will be checked for plagiarism and copyright infringement. The creator must sign a declaration confirming originality and accept responsibility, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for copyright/plagiarism violations arising from materials supplied by them. AI may be used, but the creator must disclose all AI tools used and clearly identify AI-generated/AI-assisted portions. Any third-party material must be disclosed with licensing information. Upon full payment, I require all transferable copyright and IP rights, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, with worldwide commercial rights. I must be able to publish, sell, modify, rebrand and commercially distribute the course. The creator cannot reuse, resell or republish the completed content.
